Replacing an old castor? Measure between the centres of two fixing holes along the long edge, then across the short edge, and compare with the hole centres above. Allow the swivel radius as clear space around each castor so it can turn freely.

How we work it out: on a real floor one castor is often carrying little or nothing, so we share the weight across one fewer castor than you fit (with 3 castors, across all 3). Tick the box to add a 30% margin for rough use.

Details & FAQs
Stainless Steel High Temperature Castor
This large 200mm stainless steel fixed castor runs on a black high temperature phenolic wheel that works from -40°C to +180°C, carrying up to 300kg per castor. It is made for heavy food manufacturing equipment, bakery trolleys and racks and industrial ovens, where ordinary wheel materials can fail in the heat.
The rigid stainless steel bracket keeps heavy equipment running in a straight line and stands up to cleaning and damp conditions, while the plain bearing keeps operation simple with low maintenance. A 140 x 110mm top plate with four 10mm holes bolts securely to your equipment, and the large wheel with its hard D85 tread rolls easily over floor joints and drains.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this castor swivel?
No. This is a fixed (rigid) castor that only rolls forwards and backwards. Pair it with matching swivel castors so your rack or trolley can steer.
What temperatures can this castor handle?
The phenolic wheel works from -40°C up to +180°C, so it suits bakery racks, oven trolleys and hot work areas.
How much weight can it carry?
Each castor is rated at 300kg. A set of four is best used for loads up to around 900kg, allowing for uneven floors.
How is it fitted?
The 140 x 110mm top plate has four 10mm holes on 105 x 80/75mm centres. Bolt it flat to the underside of your rack or trolley.
