Do you accept returns?

Castorsuk.co.uk only ships to the United Kingdom. All purchases from Castorsuk.co.uk are final. We accept returns on a case-to-case basis. Please email sales@castorsuk.co.uk or call +4401282 270214 Customers to have 14 days to return a product if approved on a case-to-case basis. We do not accept returns on used products. Any accepted returns will have to be new.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with the store directly to replace the product or receive a refund.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
