This 200mm braked swivel scaffold castor has a solid stem that fits straight into a 38mm internal scaffold tube, and a large red polyurethane on nylon wheel rated at 700kg per castor. It is made for mobile scaffold towers, access platforms and heavy equipment that need to roll over site floors and then stay firmly in place.
The big 200mm wheel rolls more easily over joints, cables and rough ground than smaller scaffold wheels. The foot-operated single brake holds the castor still while people work at height, and the bright red polyurethane tread grips well, wears slowly and is gentle on floors.
