Fixed castors, also called rigid castors, have no swivel: the wheel runs in one direction only. They keep long trolleys, platforms and equipment tracking straight and make them easier to push over distance.
Fixed castors are usually paired with swivel castors or braked castors at the opposite end for steering and parking. Match the wheel diameter and overall height so the load sits level.
