Choosing the right option

Check the fixing first: this castor needs an M10 bolt or M10 threaded insert in the leg; for a flat base, a top plate castor is easier to fit. For the load, add up the weight of the item and everything on it and divide by three rather than four, because on an uneven floor one castor is often lifted; if the answer is over 60kg, step up to a 75mm castor.
