Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a fixed castor and a swivel castor?
A fixed castor is mounted in a set position and only allows movement in a straight line — forwards and backwards. A swivel castor rotates 360 degrees, allowing movement in any direction. Can I use these castors outdoors?
These castors are designed and rated for indoor use. While the zinc-plated steel plate offers a degree of corrosion resistance, prolonged exposure to moisture, rain, or outdoor conditions is not recommended and may reduce the service life of both the plate and the wheel.
