Installation & Maintenance
Installation: Bolt hole fixing requires four M10 bolts (not included). Ensure mounting surface is flat, clean, and capable of supporting the combined weight of equipment and load. Torque bolts evenly to manufacturer specifications.
Maintenance: Periodically inspect wheel for wear, debris, or damage. Clean swivel bearing housing and apply light machine oil every 6 months or as needed. Check brake function regularly and adjust if necessary.
Load Distribution: For optimal performance and longevity, distribute total load evenly across all castors. Do not exceed 100kg per castor.
