Mounting & Installation
This castor features a bolt hole mounting plate designed for secure attachment to equipment frames and bases. The swivel head incorporates precision ball bearings for smooth, low-friction rotation, while the integrated total-lock brake provides simultaneous wheel and swivel immobilization.
Note: Bolt hole dimensions and fixing hardware specifications available in technical drawings. Ensure mounting surface is flat and load is distributed evenly across all castors.
Maintenance & Care

- Remove debris from tyre tread and swivel race periodically
- Lubricate swivel bearing annually with light machine oil
- Check mounting bolts for tightness; re-torque as needed
